We build our understanding of a brief by extending our personal knowledge through research and exploration that begins with business insight and moves towards customer mindsets, cultural influences and wider global trends. We listen, we ask questions, we investigate and share.
Next comes the Why and the How. Our Concept expresses the brand’s purpose and ambition through a unique narrative and immersive storytelling in order to provide a robust brand consistency. From this point we begin to deconstruct through a series of visual communication and graphic touchpoints, defining a number of band behaviours which together build one cohesive and engaging brand experience.
